Angel Alvarez

Angel Alvarez is originally from Mexico City. He was trained at the school of violin making in Queretaro before coming to Canada. He has worked since 2000 at Wilder & Davis in Montreal, as a repairer and restorer. Since 2009, and moved to Banff, where he took over the Banff shop repairs and restorations for Wilder & Davis. Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, he is most inspired to make fine violins, violas and cellos.
